Ascot Races fam trip
Come and see the facilities at the world famous Ascot Racecourse and enjoy a day of racing and hospitality in the hospitality boxes in the Grandstand as guests of Jacky Birch who is kindly inviting coach operators and their partners to join her at Ascot on Saturday 9 July. Take a tour and see the facilities for coach groups before enjoying lunch and an afternoon of races.
Enjoy the day to the full and forget about driving too and stay at the contemporary Hilton Reading Hotel, just off the M4 opposite the Madejski Stadium, and only opened last year. Ann Lines of Hilton Hotels has arranged DBB at the hotel for the Saturday night for the special rate of just £50 per room (£25pp for those sharing). We will be arranging a coach transfer from the hotel to the race course on the Saturday morning. Tourism Ireland is organising three fam trips during 2011 starting with a visit to Donegal and Derry from 26 to 29 May, with another fam to Northern Ireland scheduled for 8 to 11 September and finally Dublin and the East will be the destination for the third trip from 8 to 10 October.
